A comprehensive interior renovation of a waterfront residence on Johns Island, SC. Scope includes four bespoke shower rooms anchored by a grand primary suite, an expanded fireplace wall dressed in floor-to-ceiling large-format tile beneath soaring vaulted ceilings, custom millwork vanities, built-in breakfast nook seating, and statement chandeliers throughout. Hardwood floor refinishing, curated paint selections, and full ADA accessibility integration complete the transformation.

Interior remodel of the Sky Zone indoor adventure park in Mount Pleasant, SC. Shepherd Bay served as the CM for the attraction build-out and the GC for the performance stage, electrical, and accessibility modification scopes.
Residential Addition
Residential Addition
Custom-designed backyard deck and outdoor living space featuring a screened bar and lounge with integrated TV, Green Egg, grill, and gas firepit. Subtle strip lighting is concealed beneath the handrails to create a warm evening atmosphere. The layout was intentionally shaped around two protected mossy oak trees, allowing the architecture to coexist with the natural canopy and enhancing the sense of place on James Island.
Commercial Upfit
A full commercial upfit of an existing retail space in the heart of downtown Charleston on King Street. The scope includes reworking the interior layout for a new retail tenant, with careful attention to the guidelines that come with building in one of Charleston's most historic commercial corridors.
New Construction
An upcoming ground-up single-family home in Charleston on a highly constrained, triangular lot. The project requires setback variances, full demolition approval, new utility tie-ins, and coordination with City zoning and Board of Architectural Review. Thoughtful design and tight logistics will be essential to maximize square footage and deliver a well-composed home within a limited footprint.
Residential Addition
An upcoming, thoughtfully designed residential addition in Riverland Terrace featuring a new garage and kitchen expansion. The project included a full interior renovation with updated finishes, new showers, refinished hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and countertops, updated doors and windows, and modern lighting. The exterior envelope was also upgraded to enhance performance and durability, and a new backyard deck creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Residential Addition
An upcoming second-story addition of a historic downtown Charleston residence located within a Category 3 Historic Corridor. The project includes coordination with the Board of Architectural Review for carefully considered exterior improvements. Scope includes new foundation piers, structural LVL framing, and a complete interior gut renovation, complemented by professionally designed landscape and hardscape inspired by the timeless character of historic Charleston.
